Return & Refund Policy
Ambermed Ltd. (we/us/our) always makes every effort to accommodate our valued customers. If for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com stating the reason for the return within 10 working days of receiving your order. Due to a small minority of customers, the following terms and conditions apply.
We reserve the right to amend pricing on the website without prior notice. Products may also be withdrawn at any stage. Confirmed orders will be dispatched once confirmed unless we contact you to state otherwise. The amount deducted from your credit/debit card will be that shown on the website at time of purchase.
Incorrect item received
If we should send a product, other than that ordered by the customer, we will exchange it for the correct product. The return shipping of the incorrect product must be arranged by Ambermed Ltd. Any shipping directly arranged by the customer will not be refunded. The cost of both the return shipping of the incorrect product and the shipping of the correct product will not be applied to the customer. We cannot exchange or refund any opened or used products. All product descriptions on this site are a copy of information found on the manufacturer website or provided by the manufacturer. We are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products.
Damaged in transit
Customers should report any products damaged in transit, within 10 days of delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of your failure to do so. If visibly damaged on receipt, the customer should note this on the courier’s delivery note and contact us immediately. All contents of the shipment should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have received the returned package, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund excluding shipping cost.
Changed your mind
If a customer changes their mind about a product and wishes to return it, that’s no problem, as long as the following terms and conditions are applied. The product cannot be used or opened and must be returned to us in the exact condition that it was in when we sent it to the customer. The customer needs to inform us in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org that they wish to return the product, stating the reason for the return. Then the customer has 10 working days to do so at their own expense. A full refund for the product, minus the original cost of shipping, will be issued to the payment card used at the time of purchase, once we receive the returned product.
Please ensure you package the returning products in a sufficient manner to ensure the products are not damaged in transit. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. If the returned item is delivered to us in damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
