Delivery Terms & Conditions:
Ambermed Ltd. (we/us/our) reserves the right to amend and correct shipping costs that have been incorrectly selected. If a customer does not select the correct shipping charge, the correct shipping charge will be automatically added to the customer’s order payment.
Occasionally problems with deliveries can happen, as there are several parties involved in the process from dispatch to delivery. Damaged or missing deliveries resulting from negligence by Ambermed Ltd. or the appointed courier will be resent to the original address provided by the customer and a full refund for the initial postage will be provided.*
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer is the responsibility of the customer and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the delivery. Ambermed Ltd. will not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Please be aware that we do not send orders to P.O box or Parcel Motel addresses.
